Covid-19 Updates
To our valued Reed Nissan Orlando Family,
At Reed Nissan Orlando, we know you see an overload of posts, emails, and information about the coronavirus COVID-19. We know it can be very overwhelming, but we would like to share what steps we are taking.
First, we want you to know we are here to help; we are all in this together. As the health and safety of our staff and customers are always the number-one priority, we are keeping up with the latest information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). As members of the Orlando community ourselves with families, we too want to make sure we are taking every precaution to keep both our vehicles and facility clean and safe.
These are just a handful of the steps we're taking:
- Cleaning crew cleans and sanitizes EVERY night in every building and area of our facility with the highest quality-grade products
- The cleaning crew is on call for any detail that arrives or needs attention
- Continuing our routine of disinfecting and detailing every vehicle weekly
- Wiping and cleaning EVERY vehicle after EVERY test drive
- Ensuring there is hand sanitizer readily available in each area of our dealership from the sales, service, parts, and collision center and soap available in each of our restrooms
- Monitoring our staff and advising all who are sick to stay home and recover
- Instituting a no-handshake policy
- Making sure every vehicle is detailed and cleaned before every appointment above and beyond our normal process
- Posting signs around the dealership with CDC recommendations as reminders
- Reminding customers to use the green "Personalize My Payment" option on each vehicle listing to plan your deal and save time at the dealership
We plan to remain open for all of our customers to get the best available sales and service in Orlando, and we welcome any feedback you may have.
