Business Development Agent

The Business Development Agent position has both full-time and part-time availability. Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, excellent follow through, professional demeanor in-person and over the phone, and motivation to secure appointments. General computer skills required. Phone experience a plus, as is being bilingual. Candidate must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Core Responsibilities/Duties:
-Responds and solicits automotive customers by telephoning, email, scheduling appointments, and assisting Sales staff. Identifies prospects by frequently analyzing customer database and other prepared
listings.

-Calls and emails prospective customers by operating telephone equipment, Customer Relations Database and other web-related technologies.

-Receives incoming calls, corresponds and follows up with customers.

-Influences customers to schedule appointments by following a prepared sales talk to give service and product information, price quotes and negotiations. Schedules appointments by recording names, addresses, and inquires in Customer Relations Database. Secures information by completing database backups.

-Responds to online inquiries by customers seeking information on automotive purchase.

-Maintains certification by completing sales training, product knowledge testing, and systems training. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

-Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations. Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

Pay is based on a guarantee plus commission. Must pass background check, and drug test.
