Reed Nissan is committed to the spirit of hard work within the community and we take every opportunity we can to participate and give back. Here are just a few highlights of our involvement:

  • Reed Nissan is a Major Sponsor of the Ronald McDonald Houses of Greater Orlando.
  • Our donation of a Nissan Titan to the Orlando Police Department's Mounted Patrol helped to ensure that our children can safely play while our streets are kept free from crime.
  • For ten years running, we have donated multiple vehicles to the University of Central Florida's Golden Knights Program.These vehicles are given to coaches to use throughout the year.
  • In past years we've donated a 2008 Altima Coupe, which was raffled off at the "A Home For A Hero Golf Tournament." Proceeds from the raffle benefited Home at Last, a special project by West Orange Habitat for Humanity. For 2010 we've again donated a 2010 Nissan Altima to the "A Home For A Hero Golf Tournament." The proceeds from this raffle will benefit "Building Homes For Heroes," and specifically Sgt. Joe Tavera, a critically wounded soldier.

To Whom it may concern,

I am delighted to inform you of my wonderful experience purchasing a new Altima from Reed Motors. After shopping around for approximately 3 weeks with almost 10 different new car dealers, I feel that I am qualified to say that my experience at Reed Motors with Carla, Mark T. and Todd P. was unparalleled, it was like a dream.

Unlike several other dealers, who lied to me or tried to bait and switch cars with me, or promised one thing on the phone only to discover something totally different once I arrived on the competitor's lot, Reed Motors was honest, upfront and professional. First of all, I would like you to know that i live in Seminole County and have to pass another Nissan dealership to get to West Colonial (2 hours round trip). I do so primarily because of two of your employees, Mr. Fred Turner and Mr. Keith Mantel. They have both gone out of their way to give me courteous service. I wanted to call to your attention the wonderful service I received from Jody Noll appointment coordinator.

I placed a call from Georgia, in order to have my car that my son has in Florida, serviced - What I needed to do was get an emission inspection - but Florida doesn't have that requirement. She suggested a 24 point inspection.

With this done, I was able to re-register my car in GA without him having to bring it back home. In the meantime, he needed work on the tires that your service department handled. Jody saved us a trip to Florida to retrieve the vehicle or my son a trip home. I wanted you to know about the professionalism that we received. I am in the market for a car for my daughter. I certainly would consider a Nissan. Thanks!

I was a customer this week in the body shop for my Altima. I wanted to send a quick email of thanks. I never expected that the experience of having my car repaired would be so easy. The estimate was quick and thankfully accurate. And much to my delight, my car was washed and vacuumed when I picked it up today. "Exceptional Knowledge"

On June 6th, I visited Reed Nissan in Orlando to look at the 2009 cube. While navigation around a Super Black Krom Edition, Robert Keen offered an extensive amount of information about the vehicle and provided us with a tour. Next, we went on a test drive, where he continued to demonstrate all the exciting features this car offers. Never did he pressure us into purchasing the car, but with his exceptional knowledge base on the vehicle's features and kind attitude, we began the paperwork. Throughout the purchasing process, he was efficient, fair and honest through the entire deal.

I have never had this positive of a vehicle purchasing experience as I did from Reed Nissan. Robert has to be the friendliest and most honest salesperson I have ever met and would highly recommend this dealership to others.

The outstanding customer service did not end with Robert. Our finance specialist, Mark, was very personable and kind as well. He too had a "no pressure" disposition and made us feel extremely comfortable. Furthermore, sales manager Quinn Arleno was extremely professional and a hands-on professional. He greeted us continually throughout the buying experience and was upbeat and friendly. We truly felt welcomed at the dealership.

In closing, my auto buying experience at Reed Nissan was by far the best. Robert, Mark and Quinn did a superb job and should be commended. Many people who see my new black cube are intrigued by it and ask where I got it. You can rest assured that I will highly recommend Nissan, and Reed Nissan in particular.
