"Above and beyond the norm "

I have owned my LEAF for 1 month and have a thousand miles on the car. These are my findings. When you first drive the car you marvel at the silence. There is obviously no engine, no gearbox, no exhaust noise (as it does not have any of these). Also there is no wind noise at any speed. Driving the car is different and in my view an amazing experience. The acceleration is stunning, push on the accelerator pedal and it will put you back in the seat. It does this with grace, balance, finesse, and without any noise or vibration. You have instant power anytime, all the time.

The performance of this car is beyond amazing. The interior is so comfortable, and all controls are very easy to read. The dash gives you all the info you need while driving. I was impressed with the steering which is quick and direct. The braking is so impressive, you back off the gas pedal it slows the car and recharges the battery. You only really break to stop the car, hence brake life should surpass that of a regular car. The technological advances that Nissan has put into this car, puts it into a league of its own. As for charging, I plug it into a 110 outlet in the garage in the evening. I go out in the morning and it has a full charge. For us this works great. My wife and I cannot say enough about our LEAF. We just LOVE it.

Now for Reed Nissan, I can't say enough, our salesman was Karl Miller and the LEAF specialist was Dwayne Loy. These two put forth an effort above and beyond the norm to make sure I was happy with my purchase of the LEAF. Again the follow up calls from both were appreciated. I have called Dwayne and he has been very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Reed Nissan to my neighbors and friends.

Ken kept me fully apprised of the status of the work recommended on my vehicle, checked with me several times to make sure all work to be performed was consistent with my wishes, and extended discounts to me based on coupons I had for that purpose.  He went above and beyond what I imagine his responsibilities to be and, though I spent quite a bit of money, I feel that I received the best service possible.
 
Selma was courteous, efficient and proactive in her customer service.  I watched her handle many tasks at once, very smoothly and skillfully.  She offered to stay a few minutes past 5:00 for a customer who was traveling to retrieve his vehicle.  She offered me, and several other customers, the opportunity to sign up for the One to One Rewards program.  I was not aware of the program until Selma described it to me and I am very, very, very glad she did.  After spending over $2,000 on this visit, the reward program's benefits began to accumulate immediately for me.

I wanted to call to your attention the wonderful service I received from Jody Noll appointment coordinator.

I placed a call from Georgia, in order to have my car that my son has in Florida, serviced - What I needed to do was get an emission inspection - but Florida doesn't have that requirement. She suggested a 24 point inspection.

With this done, I was able to re-register my car in GA without him having to bring it back home. In the meantime, he needed work on the tires that your service department handled. Jody saved us a trip to Florida to retrieve the vehicle or my son a trip home. I wanted you to know about the professionalism that we received. I am in the market for a car for my daughter. On June 6th, I visited Reed Nissan in Orlando to look at the 2009 cube. While navigation around a Super Black Krom Edition, Robert Keen offered an extensive amount of information about the vehicle and provided us with a tour. Next, we went on a test drive, where he continued to demonstrate all the exciting features this car offers. Never did he pressure us into purchasing the car, but with his exceptional knowledge base on the vehicle's features and kind attitude, we began the paperwork. Throughout the purchasing process, he was efficient, fair and honest through the entire deal.

I have never had this positive of a vehicle purchasing experience as I did from Reed Nissan. Robert has to be the friendliest and most honest salesperson I have ever met and would highly recommend this dealership to others.

The outstanding customer service did not end with Robert. Our finance specialist, Mark, was very personable and kind as well. He too had a "no pressure" disposition and made us feel extremely comfortable. Furthermore, sales manager Quinn Arleno was extremely professional and a hands-on professional. He greeted us continually throughout the buying experience and was upbeat and friendly. We truly felt welcomed at the dealership.

In closing, my auto buying experience at Reed Nissan was by far the best. Robert, Mark and Quinn did a superb job and should be commended. Many people who see my new black cube are intrigued by it and ask where I got it. You can rest assured that I will highly recommend Nissan, and Reed Nissan in particular.
