The lucky winner of the 2011 Nissan Altima Coupe was Mr. DaDante, featured here in the blue shirt, alongside SGM Patrick Corcoran a 25 year Army veteran who is paralyzed from the waist down from an incident in Iraq. Mr. Corcoran will receive a mortgage free home in Oakland, FL on 4/30/11!

The Windermere Country Club Foundation is proud to announce that the 4th Annual Charity Golf Event, A HOME FOR A HERO, at Windermere Country Club on February 22, 2011 was a great success. They raised over $50,000. Organized in conjunction with West Orange Habitat for Humanity's 2011 Home at Last project, the event is designed to help provide a mortgage-free home for a deserving disabled veteran and their family.
It was a great day of golf at the newly-renovated Windermere Country Club! The event included a 4 person Scramble, continental breakfast, beverage cart, and a special lunch, with awards, following the golf tournament. Featured events for the day included Silent and Live Auctions, Hole in One and Long Drive contests, and a raffle drawing.
